NewsFast AI utilizes third-party artificial intelligence services, including Anthropic Claude and Google Gemini, to provide these features.
3. Eligibility and Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years of age to use NewsFast AI.
To access certain features, you must create an account by providing: your full name, a valid email address, your organization or newsroom affiliation, and payment information (for paid subscriptions).
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, all activities under your account, and notifying us of any unauthorized access. You may not share your account with others.
4. Subscription Plans and Pricing

7. AI-Generated Content and Limitations
7.1 IMPORTANT WARNING - No Guarantee of Accuracy
NewsFast AI uses AI technology that may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information ("AI hallucinations"). AI-generated content may contain factual errors, false information, or fabricated details. Citations, quotes, statistics, or sources may be inaccurate or entirely fabricated.
7.2 User Responsibility for Verification: You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and fact-checking all AI-generated content before use, ensuring accuracy, and compliance with journalistic standards.
7.3 No Liability for AI Errors: We are not liable for damages from inaccurate AI information, reliance on unverified content, or publication of unverified content.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
8.1 Our IP: NewsFast AI software, design, and branding are protected by IP laws.
8.2 Your Content: You retain ownership of your inputs and final content.
8.3 AI Content: Provided for your use, though similar outputs may be generated for other users.
8.4 License: You grant us limited license to process your inputs and use anonymized data to improve services.

You agree to indemnify NewsFast AI from claims arising from your use, violations of Terms, violations of others' rights, or content you create/publish using our services.
